Tonight me and the hubster went to see Dark Knight Rises and it was amazing; a great close to Christopher Nolan's trilogy.

I was on the fence about Anne Hathaway as Catwoman but she turned in an impressive, nuanced performance as 99 percenter with a past she'd like to forget and very sticky fingers, Selina Kyle (she was never called Catwoman in the movie, though there were subtle hints), so I wanted to pay homage to one of The Dark Knight's more interesting nemeses and look back at the best (IMHO) cat women in year past; starting with my favorite...
Eartha Kitt: With the lithe dancers body and deep growl, she was already a feline femme fatale. The costume was just icing.

Julie Newmar: The most famous incarnation of Catwoman. Ms. Newmar, also a dancer, brought a more lively and playful spirit to the role of Batman's feline foil.

Michelle Pfieffer: She really threw herself into this role and turned in an amazing performance. Her nutty and damaged Catwoman oozed danger and sex appeal yet fit in perfectly with Tim Burton fantastically bizarre Gotham City.

Those are my picks for Gotham's top kitty. If you haven't seen the movie yet, make sure you do. While your munching on your popcorn and enjoying the previews please spare a loving thought for the loved ones affected by this weekend's tragedy. Tell everyone that matters that you love them and live each day to the fullest.
No, I did not forget about Halle Berry.
That's all for now.
Thanks for tuning in.
Until Next Time...
Keep Adding Bliss!
